James Milford Collins, 85, Archie, MO, passed away Friday, July 10, 2020 at his home.  Memorial graveside services were held  Friday, July 17, 2020 at Mt. Calvary Lansing Cemetery in Lansing, KS.

James was born September 17, 1934 in St. Charles, VA, a son of James Milford and Julia (Sheket) Collins. He was united in marriage to Alice Kensbock on June 22, 1957 in Leavenworth, KS.  They made their home  in  Hickman Mills, MO for thirty years before moving to Archie in 2000.

James was an over the road truck driver and was a member of Teamsters Local #41 and #541.

James is survived by his wife, Alice, of the home; two sons, Jim Collins and Kenneth & Susan Collins, of Nevada, MO; two daughters, Elizabeth (Nadine) & Tom Tenny, Raytown, MO and Julia & Jeff Yergovich, Eureka Springs, AR, 1 brother, 4 sisters, and  6 grandchildren, Anna Marie, Josh, Michael, Morgan, Kendra and Krystal and 6 great-grandchildren.
