Jacob "Jake" George Becker, 40, Lee's Summit, MO, died Thursday, January 18, 2018 at his home.  A Celebration of Life was held Friday, February 2, 2018 at the Life Quest Church, 1400 North Scott, Belton, MO.

Jake was born June 28, 1977 in Kansas City, MO, the son of Jay and Vicki (Hall) Becker. Jake had lived in the Kansas City area most of his life before moving to Lee's Summit, MO six years ago. He had worked as a carpenter in construction and did amazing work. He created and organized the S-10 Series Nationals.

Jake was a member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation in Shawnee, OK. He was a skilled bow hunter and loved the outdoors. He loved spending his time with friends and family. He was a strong man who stood by his beliefs. He has a great sense of humor that brightened everyone's day.

Jake is survived by one daughter, Alicia Becker, Grandview, MO; one brother, Jesse Becker; Kansas City MO; his mother, Vicki Becker, Kansas City, MO; guardianship of his mentally disabled father, Jacob "Jay" Becker, Lee's Summit, MO; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends he considered his brothers and sisters.
