Obituary
Jack Edward Troup, 83, Harrisonville, MO died Saturday, April 9, 2011 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at the Atkinson Chapel in Harrisonville, MO. Cremation.
Jack was born March 20, 1928 in Fresno, CA, the son of Willie Edward and Ada (Irsini) Rhodes. He grew up and lived in California where he was a construction worker, specializing in stucco and lather siding. He was a member of the Lather Union. He moved to Harrisonville in 1984.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Lorraine and one son, Kenny Troup. He is survived by one son, Robert Troup of Harrisonville, MO; a daughter, Charlotte Grim of Hayward, CA; daughter-in-law, Vallie Troup of Harrisonville, MO; one brother, Richard Troup of Clovis, CA; sister, Delores Crownover of Independence, MO; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
