Jack W. Moore, 75, Blue Springs, MO, died Friday, June 6, 2008 at his home. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Harrisonville, MO. Jack was born August 8, 1932 in Harrisonville, MO, the son of Marion Charley and Edna (Felber) Moore. Jack's early years were spent in the Harrisonville area before moving to Kansas City. He was a Korean War Navy veteran. Jack was a foreman for Sellers & Marquis Roofing Co. in Kansas City for 20 years, retiring in 1991. He was a member of Roofers Local #20.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, two sons, Jack Moore Jr. and Mike Wolf, one great-granddaughter, Payton and two sisters, Betty Bonawitz and Evelyn Moore. He is survived by two daughters, Cathy Veidick and Vicki Wolf, both of Raytown, MO; three step-sons, Roger Nelson, Drexel, MO, Rodney Nelson and Randy Nelson, both of Independence, MO; a step-daughter, Cheri Truelove, Kansas City, MO; one sister, Mildred Gayle, Independence, MO; three granddaughters, Summer, Melissa, and Amber; four great-grandchildren, Austin, Nathan, Dylan and Adison and ten step-grandchildren.
