Jack "Jerry" Gibb, 81, Urich, MO, passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, MO.  A memorial visitation was held on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, MO.

Jerry was born August 18, 1939 in Bates County, MO, a son of Jack Gordon and Lucy Adaline (Garrett) Gibb.  He was a graduate of Weston, Missouri High School.  He had worked for Limpus Quarry for over 20 years as a driller and was a member of the Heavy Equipment Operators Union.  He had lived in Belton for 20 years before moving to Urich where he had lived for the past 10 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Jo Ann Snyder, one sister, Nadine Goodlet, and two brothers, Paul David Gibb and Henry E. Gibb.  Jerry is survived by one son, Jerry Gibb, Harrisonville, MO; three daughters, Terry Sharp, Raymore, MO, Vicki Boley, Urich, and Stacy Pettibon, North Kansas City, MO; two brothers, Wilber Gibson, Jr., Marlo, OK and Dale Gibson, Harrisonville; one sister, Joan Warner, Raymore; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
