Harry Louis Withrow, Jr., 69, Peculiar, Missouri, died Saturday, January 21, 2017 at the Rehabilitation Center of Raymore in Raymore, Missouri. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Harry was born January 23, 1947 in Gary, Indiana, the son of Harry L. and Shirley L. (Bruchman) Withrow. He was a graduate of Highland Indiana High School. He attended Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia. Harry married Judith Smith on September 2, 1967 in Peculiar.
Harry was an Air Force veteran. He worked in construction, was a policeman, was an over the road truck driver, and was a volunteer fireman for the Peculiar Fire Department. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Peculiar. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and will be missed by those who were touched by his life.
Harry was preceded in death by his father, Harry Withrow and his mother, Shirley Mysliwy, his step-father, Aloysius Mysliwy, and one brother, Gregg Withrow. He is survived by his wife of nearly 50 years, Judy, of the home; two daughters, Lisa Ogle (Travis), Belton, Missouri and Robyn Withrow, of the home; one brother, Allie Mysliwy (Debbie); one sister, Michelle Keasling (Michael); two nieces, Leanna and Kellie and one nephew, Kyle; and 5 grandchildren, Lissa Riley, Lucy Riley, Arianna Ogle, Andy Phillips, and Darrell Eichner.
