Glenda K. Dill, 72, of Kansas City, MO, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at KU Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. A Memorial Visitation was held on Friday, December 13, 2024  at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, MO.

Glenda was born June 27, 1952 in Fontana, Kansas, a daughter of Ira Lee and Betty Lou (Saling) Newman. She was united in marriage to Charles Dill on February 13, 1970 in Tijuana, Mexico, and had lived Blairstown, MO, and Garden City, MO, before moving to Kansas City. Glenda was the Manager of the Old Cedar Inn in Garden City for 20 years before her retirement. She was a very active thrift store shopper and was well known in the area shops. Glenda loved all animals, especially her cats, and horror movies were her favorite. She was an active member of Pflag.

Glenda was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles; and her siblings: Dee, Lee, Bob, and B.J. She is survived by two sons: Michael Dill, Kansas City, MO; and Ira (Elizabeth) Dill, Pleasant Hill, MO; two grandchildren, C.J. Dill and Kira Noel; and one great-granddaughter, Serenity Noel.
