Georgann Butler, 67, Harrisonville, MO, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at her home.  Graveside services and inurnment  were held Monday, October 14, 2019 at Orient Cemetery, Harrisonville, Missouri.  Contributions may be made to the Community of Christ Church in Harrisonville.

Georgann was born March 10, 1952 in Harrisonville, MO, a daughter of William Earl and Anna Lou (Radmall) Nicholls.  She was a 1970 graduate of Harrisonville High School and life-long resident of Harrisonville.  She also was a 1996 graduate of Park College.

Georgann married Kenneth Butler on November 22, 1970 in Harrisonville.  She had worked as a contract specialist for the federal government for 41 years before retiring on December 31, 2012.  She was a member of the Community of Christ in Harrisonville.  She loved traveling and antiquing, and was a scrapbook fanatic!  She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Georgann was preceded in death by a daughter, Michelle Renee on August 25, 1972 and her father, William Nicholls.  She is survived by her husband, Kenny, of the home; one son, Justin Butler (Jennifer) and one daughter, Heather Butler, all of Harrisonville; her mother, Anna Lou Nicholls, Harrisonville; one brother, Robert "Rob" Nicholls (Christine), Riga, Latvia; two sisters, Carol Nicholls and Alice Nicholls, both of Harrisonville; and six grandchildren, Kelly, Dakota, Venessa, Gage, Wyatt, and Lukas Butler.
