Floyd Ray Reynolds, 93, of Adrian, MO, died Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at the Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg, MO. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 3, 2010 at the Atkinson Chapel in Adrian. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday, May 2 at the chapel. Burial will be in Crescent Hill Cemetery in Adrian. Memorial contributions may be made to the Adrian Community Library or to the Adrian Park Board.

Floyd was born January 2, 1917 in Louisburg, MO, the son of Cecil Coleman and Nellie Frances (Prosch) Reynolds. Floyd attended schools in Kansas and Missouri, graduating from Mingo Rural School, Adrian, MO in 1933. In March, 1943, he married Ruth Ellen Allison in Adrian, MO. To this union, two children were born, Cheryl Rae and Curtis Floyd. He married Mildred Willits Moses on June 30, 1971.

Floyd was a member of the Army Air Force from 1943-1945 in England and France during World War II. He worked for a short time for National Tile and he and his son farmed the Reynolds Farms until Floyd retired. Floyd was a member of the Adrian United Methodist Church, the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Floyd was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Christy and Cecil Lee, one sister, Edna Reynolds Feris, one grandson, Ashley Bunch, his wife, Ruth Allison Reynolds and his daughter, Cheryl Rae Reynolds Bunch. He is survived by his wife, Mildred, of the home; his son, Curtis Reynolds and his wife, Gloria, son-in-law, Larry Bunch, all of Adrian, MO; stepsons, Richard Moses and his wife, Kimberly of Phoenix, AZ and Roger Moses and his wife, Laura of Kurtistown, HI; nine grandchildren, Bryan (Connie) Reynolds, Erin (Derek) Aurand, Tracie (Curt) Kimminau, Lara (Cary) Six, Brandon (Christy) Bunch, Grant (Molly) Bunch, all of Adrian; Eric (Staci) Bunch, Las Vegas, NV; Joshua (Cari) Moses McCurdy, Portland, OR; Elliot Moses, Phoenix, AZ; one sister, Ruby O'Malley, Lee's Summit, MO; sister-in-law, Marjorie Reynolds, OR; great grandchildren, Madeline, Lydia, Peyton, Elise and Jocelyn Reynolds; Ethan and Wyatt Aurand; Caitlin, Colton and Crosby Kimminau; Makyna, Bayler and Kyler Six; Kate and Jayce Bunch; Brehnna, Logan, Kayla and Mackenzie Bunch, all of Adrian, MO; Emilie, Jacob, Nicholas and Aden Bunch, Las Vegas, NV; Jaylen and Cayla McCurdy, Portland, OR; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
