Florence Fay Wilkinson, 80, Lone Jack, Missouri, died Thursday, January 17, 2013 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 19 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, Missouri with visitation from 9:30-10:30. Burial was in Lone Jack Cemetery. Donations may be made to Lone Jack Cemetery.

Florence was born February 18, 1932 in Archie, Missouri, the daughter of William Daniel and May (Easterla) Kerr. She was a 1950 graduate of Archie High School. She married Edwin Benjamin Wilkinson on November 18, 1950 in Archie, Missouri. She worked for Lone Jack schools and drove a school bus for 23 years before retiring. Florence had lived in the Lone Jack area most of her life.

Florence was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Ed Wilkinson, Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg, Missouri; two sons, Jack E. Wilkinson (Carolyn), Lone Jack, Missouri and William "Wesley" Wilkinson (Jeff Barr), Elverta, California; four daughters, Lois A. Loftis (Phillip), Lone Jack, Vickie L. Cada (Joseph), Lee's Summit, Missouri, Sherry M. Aldridge (Roger), Lone Jack and Lori F. Wilkinson, Lone Jack; 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
