Obituary

Alta "Faye" Warner, 87, Harrisonville, Missouri, went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Golden Years Care Center in Harrisonville. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville with visitation from 11:00-12:00. Burial will be in Orient Cemetery, Harrisonville.

Faye was born December 14, 1927 in Harrisonville, Missouri, the daughter of Buren Albert and Mable (McKaughn) Osborn. She was raised in Archie, Missouri and was a 1947 graduate of Archie High School. She moved to Harrisonville in 1964. She married Noble Glenn Warner on June 17, 1947. Faye worked as a waitress at the Harrisonville Hotel and had also worked at a nursing home in Harrisonville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Junior Osborn, her twin sister, May Easterla one son, Michael Dale Warner on August 16, 2014, and her husband of 58 years, Noble, on March 13, 2005. She is survived by four sons, Noble G. Warner, Jr. and Frederick "Rick" Lee Warner, both of Buffalo, Missouri, Ronald "Ron" Verdell Warner and Shawn Warner, both of Harrisonville, Missouri; one daughter, Mary Diane Hardwick May, Harrisonville, Missouri; two brothers, Jack Osborn of Washington and Billy Cox, Wheatland, Missouri; 13 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
