Everett Eugene Armintrout, 80, of Harrisonville, MO, died Friday, July 3, 2009 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00am on Monday, July 6, 2009 at Orient Cemetery. The family will receive friends 10:00-11:00am Monday at Atkinson Chapel, Harrisonville.
Everett Eugene Armintrout, 80, of Harrisonville, Missouri, died Friday, July 3, 2009 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
Everett was born September 1, 1928 in Harrisonville, a son of Roy Everett and Nora Ellen (Arnold) Armintrout. He was a lifelong resident of Harrisonville.
Everett was united in marriage to Joyce Marie Orr at the home of Joyce's uncle, Rev. Joe Brewster on January 16, 1960.
Everett worked at Anaconda Wire & Cable in Harrisonville as a fork lift operator for 12 years and later operated Armintrout Lawn Service until his retirement in 1990. Everett was an Army veteran of the Korean War, and was a Member of the First Baptist Church in Harrisonville.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Harold Armintrout. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Armintrout, Harrisonville; a sister, Lorene Ellen Armintrout, Kansas City, MO; a nephew, Robert Armintrout, Kansas City, MO; and a niece, Diane Wissinger, Harrisonville.
