Ethel Edna Wisner, 80, Harrisonville, MO, died Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at Golden Years Care Center, Harrisonville. Funeral services 10:00 AM Friday, May 30 at the Atkinson Chapel, Harrisonville. Visitation 6:00-7:30 PM Thursday, May 29, at the chapel. Burial in Parker Cemetery, Creighton, MO.

Ethel was born January 31, 1928 in Adilee, OK, the daughter of James Madison and Ethel Milinda (Harvey) Gregg. She was a 1946 graduate of Buckner, MO High School. Ethel moved to Harrisonville in 1958, then to Hollister, MO before moving back to Harrisonville in 1998. Ethel married Gail Ellsworth Wisner on November 12, 1980.

Ethel worked as an assembler for Calmar, Inc. in Lee's Summit, MO before retiring. She was a member of the Harrisonville VFW Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary and the First Baptist Church.

Ethel was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Gail Wisner on December 20, 2001, one son, Roger Dean Middaugh, two stepsons, Jim and Jack Wisner, four sisters and five brothers. She is survived by three sons, Edwin "Paul" Middaugh, Jr., Huntington, TX, Johnnie "John" Carl Middaugh, Jefferson City, MO, Shaun Michael O'Neal, Aberdeen, WA; two stepsons, Bill Wisner, Ozark, MO and John Wisner, Salt Lake City, UT; four daughters, Jennifer Lee Middaugh, Harrisonville, MO, Patsy Ann Wisner, Harrisonville, MO, Mary Elizabeth Hansen, Archie, MO, Tammy Sue Middaugh, Harrisonville, MO; three stepdaughters, Gail Ann Brandon, Cole Camp, MO, Jeannie Warren, Holden, MO and Joeva Beckerdite, Raymore, MO; one brother, Bill Gregg, Stover, MO; three sisters, Lois Davis, Arizona, Ruth Gaona, Bakersfield, California, Helen Holt, Richmond, MO; 33 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
