Earl Daniel "Danny" Brown, 72, of Harrisonville, Missouri, departed from this world on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville, MO. Family and friends gathered for a Celebration of Life on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at VFW #4409 in Harrisonville.

Born in Oak Grove, MO, and raised in Lee's Summit, Danny called Harrisonville, MO, home for the last three decades. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose love for family and the great outdoors left an indelible mark on all who knew him.

Daniel dedicated 45 years of his life to Unity Village, where he served as a heavy equipment operator on the outdoor maintenance crew. His hard work and quiet dedication contributed greatly to the beauty of the grounds, a reflection of his love for nature. Danny's laid-back demeanor—sometimes gruff but always loving—was a comfort to those around him. He had a heart full of joy, particularly when he was outdoors, whether hunting, fishing, boating, camping, or simply enjoying the serenity of the lake.

Daniel will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Sharon Brown, whom he married on September 27, 2008. He is survived by his children: Travis Tabuas, Richard Brown, and Shelly Brown; as well as, his brother, Terry Brown; his nephew, David Brown; and five cherished grandchildren. The moments he shared with his grandchildren brought him immense joy and were undoubtedly the highlight of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Earl and Alberta Pauline (Murray) Brown.
