Dottie Jean Anderson, 65, Harrisonville, Missouri, died Thursday, June 21, 2012 at Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at the Heartland Baptist Fellowship in Harrisonville. Burial will be in Orient Cemetery in Harrisonville. Dottie was born March 8, 1947 in Lebanon, Missouri. She married Robert Earl Anderson on June 15, 1970 in Kansas City, Missouri. Dottie was a homemaker. She had previously worked at Camden Nursing home as a CNA and was proud of her accomplishment.

Dottie was a member of the Heartland Baptist Fellowship in Harrisonville and enjoyed her Bible studies. Her hobbies included reading, Yahtzee and word searches. She especially enjoyed visiting with her family.

She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Dr. Charles Pignotti and her husband, Robert, "Papa", whom she now joins. She is survived by two daughters, Cathy Nettleingham and Pauline (Ron) Glitten; one son, Danny (Dawn) Anderson; her mother, Pauline Grasher; one brother, Mike (Sandy) Pignotti; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
