Donna Louise Day, 74, Harrisonville, MO, died Thursday, April 7, 2011 at Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 11 at the Atkinson Chapel in Harrisonville with visitation from 1:00-2:00 at the chapel. Donna was born August 24, 1936 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Ralph F. and Frances (Howard) Easley. She married Lyle Osburn in 1952 and they had four children, Lyle, Steve, Jeff and Becky. In 1978 she married Harold Day.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Harrisonville and was a former member of the Harrisonville BPW. She owned and operated Donna's Hair Affair for 25 years before retiring in 1995. After retiring she spent much of her time at the lake at Warsaw and winters in south Texas. She loved her family and grandchildren and great-grandchildren very much.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Harold Day of the home; three sons, Lyle Osburn and his wife, Cindy, Raymore, MO, Steve Osburn, Harrisonville, MO, and Jeff Osburn, Warsaw, MO; one daughter, Becky Darling and her husband, Lee, Harrisonville, MO; one stepson, Brent Day and his wife, Holly, Fountain, FL; one stepdaughter, Anissa Pedram and her husband, Cyrus, Lawrence, KS; 10 grandchildren, Michael and Tanner Darling, Ashley and Courtney Osburn, Shelby Osburn, Crystal and Colton Pedram, Alisha Day, Kyle Day and Arianna Day and 4 great-grandchildren.
