David Brian Sanders, 46, Belton, Missouri, died Thursday, January 19, 2017 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Monday, January 23 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville.

David was born August 2, 1970 in Harrisonville, Missouri. David worked as a handy man; he could do anything. He enjoyed playing pool and played in a league at Friendleys in Garden City, Missouri. David loved to fish and enjoyed racing.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Howell and one brother, James Parris. He is survived by his children, Andrea Washam (Jerry), Liberty, MO, Scott Sparks, Belton, MO, Jonathan Sparks, Harrisonville, MO, Amanda Sanders, Harrisonville, Dakota Sanders, Garden City, MO, Christopher Butler, Harrisonville, and Samantha Butler, Harrisonville; his father, Joseph Howell, Harrisonville; brothers, Ricky Parris (Sheila), Belton, Doug Bowie (Angela), Harrisonville, Jack Bearce (Natosha), Rich Hill, Missouri, Chad Anderson (Courtney), Butler, MO, Adrian Howell, Harrisonville, Tommy Sanders, Jr. and Timmy Sanders, both of Texas; sisters, Marsha Parris, Grandview, MO, Debbie Feugate (Fred), Belton, Tammy Sanders, Texas; 2 grandchildren, Bryson Sparks and Aiden Sparks.
