David William Moses, 62, of Peculiar, MO, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024 at Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville, MO. The family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.

David was born in Kansas City, MO, on August 15, 1961, to Donald and Wilma Laverne (Adams) Moses. David was a dedicated maintenance worker at Peterson Manufacturing for over two decades. He was not only a skilled employee but also someone who cherished his time spent working on and driving his race car "Blue Monday" and had a true passion for NASCAR. His love for cars was very evident, but he also loved time spent with his grandchildren. In his spare time, David was always busy with various hobbies and pastimes, living life to the fullest and embracing every moment. On June 3, 2006, he married Dawn Grady. David was a proud father, grandfather, and friend to many.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Laverne Darr, and his wife, Dawn Moses. He leaves behind his children: David (Megan) Moses, Sarah (Brian) Cress, Brenda Moses, Jeremy Bendt, Daniel Myers, and Michelle Myers; 15 grandchildren; his father, Don; his brothers: Doug Moses, Bill Darr, and Mike Darr; as well as, many extended family and friends.
