Danny Ross Green, Jr., 58, of Butler, Missouri, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026, at his home. Inurnment was held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at Crescent Hill Cemetery in Adrian, MO. 

Danny was born September 10, 1967, to Danny Ross Green, Sr. and Mary Juanita Hastings in Butler, MO. He was a construction worker most of his life and was quite a hard worker. He loved Harley-Davidson motorcycles and watching football; he was the biggest Kansas City Chiefs fan and could have been a coach or commentator with his knowledge of the sport. He also loved fishing and the outdoors. Danny was a kind-hearted, charming man who truly cared for others. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Danny is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother, Mary Hastings, of Adrian, MO; sister/best friend, Melissa Hartley, of Adrian, MO; children: Danny "Ross" Green, III of Lewiston, Pennsylvania; Payton Jones- Green, Jesse Green, and Anthony Green, all of Crocker, MO; nephews: Eric Hartley of Grandview, MO; Kasey Sidwell of Commerce, Oklahoma; and Travis Sidwell of Blue Springs, MO; as well as, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
