Daniel Joseph May, 57, Peculiar, Missouri, died Thursday, October 24, 2013 at Belton Regional Medical Center in Belton, Missouri. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, November 7 at the First Baptist Church in Peculiar.
Daniel was born March 27, 1956 in Leavenworth, Kansas. He was a lifelong resident of Peculiar, Missouri. He worked as a welder.
Daniel is survived by his mother, Nancy Sechrest, Peculiar, Missouri; one son, Daniel Michael May, Buffalo, New York; one daughter, Tamara L. May, Buffalo, New York; one brother, Robert May, Raytown, Missouri; two sisters, Linda Johnson, Faribault, Minnesota and Barbara Bradfield, Bates City, Missouri and one grandson, Max.
