Cozelia "Cozy" M. Beck, 71, Peculiar, Missouri, died Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Golden Years Care Center in Harrisonville. A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Sunday, December 8, 2013 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville.

Cozy was born August 1, 1942 in Boonville, Missouri, the daughter of Edward and Audry (Pfeiffer) Cole. She worked as a CNA. She loved writing and had written several books. She had also had several of her poems published.

Cozy was preceded in death by her parents, two daughters, Ginger and Marie and one sister, Donna. She is survived by one son, Robert Beck (Stacey); two daughters, Jackie Clary (David) and Anna Gericke (Corey); 10 grandchildren, Gingette, Travis, Michael, Joel, Jessica, Brenna, Nicole, Pete, Cole and London and 13 great-grandchildren, Austin, Dillon, Ethan, Brady, Mia, Juél, Zeya, Anastesia, Zuri, Easton, Zoe, Jade and Urijah.
