Obituary

Christopher "Chris" Lee Moore, age 31, of Harrisonville, MO, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018.  Funeral services were held May 4, 2018 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Archie, MO with burial in Austin Cemetery, Archie.

Chris was born October 13, 1986 in Harrisonville, MO, the son of Harry Clifford Moore, II and Brenda Kay (Fisher) Williams. He attended Archie Elementary and Archie High School. He graduated from Archie in 2005. Chris spent his childhood living in a rural area. He enjoyed nothing more than observing nature and playing with his older brother. He loved spending time with Nana and Papa Fisher who lived next door. As he grew up Chris loved watching movies of all genres. He loved to listen to music of all kinds. These interests stayed with him into his adult years. Chris enjoyed sharing his interests with friends and family. Chris enjoyed running, hiking, and playing trivia of all kinds. Chris worked for Sioux Chief for 10 years and received a 10-year achievement award of which he was very proud. He recently started working for ADS in Harrisonville.

Chris was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Wayne Moore. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Brenda Kay Williams and Stephen Williams of Archie, MO; his father and step-mother, Harry and Ciria Moore, Belton, MO; his girlfriend, Jennifer Prewett, Harrisonville, MO; two brothers, Harry Moore (and girlfriend Elizabeth Taylor), Harrisonville, MO and James Leeker, Washington, MO; maternal grandparents, Leroy and Geraldine Fisher, Austin, MO; paternal grandparents, Virginia and Joe Flores, Keene, TX; aunts and uncles, Rusty Fisher (Christine), Terry Gilley (Chuck), Debbie Moore Wieland, Keith Moore (Ann), Ginny Donahoe (Dan), and Richard Moore (Jennifer); several great-aunts and great-uncles, many, many cousins and a special circle of friends.
