Charlotte Orlene Elliott, 73, Harrisonville, MO, passed away Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO.  A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville.  Inurnment will be held in Parker Cemetery in Creighton, MO on August 23, 2021.

Charlotte was born March 6, 1948 in McAlester, OK, a daughter of James Emmett and June Vera (Hackler) Parker.  She married Don Johnnie Elliott on August 23, 1963.  Charlotte had lived in Lee's Summit, MO before moving to Harrisonville in 1985.  She had worked at Wal-Mart for 20+ years and was currently an assistant manager at the Harrisonville store.  Charlotte loved to cook.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Don on August 19, 2010; and two brothers: Eddie Parker and James Parker.  She is survived by one son, Johnnie Elliott, Harrisonville, MO; two daughters: Ginger Freeman and her husband, David, Creighton, MO; and Cindy Cook, Harrisonville; 5 grandchildren: Bill Cook, Racheal Freeman, Sidney Kuntz, Johnnie Elliott, and Gage Brown; and 3 great-grandchildren: April Lawless, Allison Lawless and Bill Cook plus one on-the-way.
