Charles "Chuck" Edward Walters, 49, Raymore, MO, passed away as a result of a UTV accident on Friday, October 5, 2018, in Waynoka, OK.  Funeral services were held Thursday, October 11, 2018, at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, MO.

Chuck was born on October 14, 1968, in Albany, MO, the son of Keith and Velma (Kesterson) Walters.  He grew up in Blockton, IA, and was a 1987 graduate of Bedford High School.  Chuck was also a U.S. Air Force veteran.  He moved to the Kansas City, MO area in 1999 until moving to Raymore, MO, in 2006.  He was united in marriage to Donna Anderson on November 11, 2004 in Harrisonville, MO.

Chuck was an electrician by trade and was a member of IBEW 347 in Des Moines, Iowa.  After moving to Kansas City, he worked for Mark One Electric Company in Kansas City, MO and Faith Technologies in Lenexa, KS.  Chuck had a zest for life, which included many things.  In addition to his love of family and friends, was his love of fishing and barbecuing.

Chuck is survived by his wife, Donna, of the home; one son, Hunter Walters of Missouri; his parents, Keith and Velma Walters, Blockton, IA; two brothers, Bill Walters (Cami), Mount Ayr, IA, and David Walters (Tana), Grant City, MO; three nephews, Wayne Walters (Monica), Ben Walters (Breann), and Jordon Walters; and  many other family and friends.
