Chandra Lyn Swift, 46, of Harrisonville, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 29, 2019 at the St. Luke's Hospice House in Kansas City, Missouri.  A memorial service was held  Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville.

Chandra was born March 9, 1973 in Harrisonville, a daughter of Terry and Sheryl (Welsch) Brown.  Chandra spent her early years in Harrisonville and attended Harrisonville Schools.  She had lived in Windsor, Missouri for thirteen years before returning to Harrisonville three years ago.  She was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church in Harrisonville.  Chandra loved her dogs and enjoyed reading.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, John Welsch, and her grandmother, Betty Burris.  Chandra is survived by her daughter, Kelsey Brown; two sons, Brendon Wilcox and Tyler Mercet, all of Clinton, MO; her mother, Sheryl Gililland,  Harrisonville; three brothers, Chad Graham, Fulton, MO, Shannon Graham, Harrisonville, and Jacob Gililland, Savannah, Georgia; her grandfather and step-grandmother, Ken and Claudia Burris, Versailles, MO; and her aunt, Theresa McNabb, Louisburg, KS.
