Obituary
Chad Earl Smith, 39, Harrisonville, Missouri, went to be with the Lord Friday, February 13, 2015 at Belton Regional Medical Center in Belton, Missouri. A Celebration of Life will be held from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Friday, February 20, 2015 at the Archie Community Center in Archie, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the Chad Smith Memorial Fund, c/o Adrian Bank, Archie, Missouri.
Chad was born March 5, 1975 in Harrisonville, Missouri, the son of Wayne A. and Cynthia Kay (Stephens) Smith. He was a 1993 graduate of Archie High School and was a lifelong Cass County resident. He had worked for Western Materials in Archie for 15 years.
Chad is survived by his father, Wayne Smith, Harrisonville, Missouri; six brothers, Terry Smith, Belton, Missouri, Gene Smith, Creighton, Missouri, Shawn Smith, Raymore, Missouri, Don Smith, Raymond Gilbert and Jay Smith, all of Archie, Missouri.
