Cecelia M. (Hart) Spriggs, 99, of Adrian, MO, died Saturday, March 13, 2010 at the Adrian Manor in Adrian. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 18, 2010 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Harrisonville, MO with visitation from 9:00-10:00 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in Crescent Hill Cemetery, Adrian.
