Catherine "Cathy" Anne Aurand, 65, Adrian, MO, died Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Adrian Manor in Adrian, MO. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 30, 2011 at the Adrian Christian Church, Adrian, MO. (Cremation). Friends may call from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Saturday at the church. Cathy was born June 5, 1946 in Pittsburg, KS, the daughter of Midas and Mary Ellen (McLuckie) Lenne. She attended St. Mary's schools in Pittsburg and graduated in 1964. Her life's vocation was nursing. As a graduate of LPN training from Nevada Regional Technical Center in Nevada, MO, Cathy spent a good portion of her life providing loving care to disabled and terminally ill patients. She and her husband, Michael Aurand were faithful members of the Adrian Christian Church.

Cathy was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Mike and their daughter, Ashtyn, her sons, Christopher, Eric and Les, and her daughters, Julie, Jennifer and Angela. She was blessed with 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Marshall Lenne and his wife, Victoria, their children and grandchildren.
