Carl Lee Nunn, 59, Harrisonville, MO, died Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at his home. Funeral services 11:00 AM Friday, January 25, 2008 at the Rock Brook Church in Belton, MO. Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM Friday at the church. Burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery, Adrian, MO. Contributions to American Cancer Society.(Arrangements-Atkinson Funeral Home, Harrisonville, MO).

Carl was born September 3, 1948 in Anadarko, OK, the son of Cleatus Loyd and Launa (Golden) Nunn. He had lived in Harrisonville and the Cass County area since 1967. Carl was united in marriage to Kathleen Ann Woodard on October 3, 1967 in Harrisonville. They were married for 31 years. They remarried on October 8, 2006 in Belton, MO. He was a U. S. Army veteran.

Carl worked for Praxair for 27 years before retiring in 2004. He was a member of the Teamsters Union, Local 541 and was a union steward. Carl was a member of Rock Brook Church in Belton, MO. He was also a member of the Galiceno Horse Breeders Association.

Carl was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Kathy, of the home; one son, Jesse Nunn, Lee's Summit, MO; two daughters, Anita Kepner, Harrisonville, MO and Rita Carter, Ft. Lewis, WA; one brother, Ranney Nunn, Montgomery, Alabama; two sisters, LaDonna Stewart, Montgomery, Alabama and Joyce Nunn, Lawton, OK and three grandchildren, Tearstin Ogle, Carl John Carter and Jacob Kepner.
