Bruce Wayne "Batman" Turner, 66, Belton, MO, died Thursday, February 1, 2018, at Belton Regional Medical Center, Belton, MO, after a long battle of heart disease and COPD. No services are scheduled.
Bruce was a devoted family man and a fierce friend. There is not a person whom he wouldn't drop everything to lend an ear, a shoulder, or rush out to help. After high school he joined the army. He worked at KCP&L in his earlier career, then as a welder and mechanic, finishing his work career refurbishing duplexes and painting.
Bruce loved golfing, especially when his son came to town; building race cars and driving them too. He enjoyed dancing, every moment with his children, grandchildren, family, and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Tuesday Turner; his children: son, Bryan Turner, Las Vegas, NV and his children, Zac, Kyan, and Shay; daughter, Tracy Turner, Chesapeake, VA; stepsons, David Elkins and his wife, Shannon, Sioux Falls, SD and their children, Rielly and Zoe; and Benjamin Elkins and his wife, Julie, Pleasant Hill, MO and their children, Liam and Patrick; stepdaughter, Samantha Pauley and her husband, Lucas, Belton, MO and their child, Malachi.
To those he has left behind he would say; "He enjoyed every moment he spent with family and friends," and his wish to all is love with every fiber of your being and find a reason to smile every day.
