Brenda Michelle Huber, 56, Archie, MO, died Monday, January 26, 2009 at her home in Archie. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 30, 2009 at the Atkinson Chapel in Archie, MO. Friends may call 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 29 at the chapel. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the New Salem Cemetery, Independence, MO.

Brenda was born January 13, 1953 in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of Newell and Devota (Johnson) Brumley. She married Daniel F. Huber on Halloween, October 31, 1986 in Independence, MO.

Brenda was a graduate of Muncie Kansas High School. She had lived in Independence, MO before moving to Archie. She enjoyed gardening and crafts. Brenda enjoyed being around kids, especially the Archie Class of 2006. She had worked at Osco in Harrisonville for five years as a pharmacy technician. She was a homemaker.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Dan, of the home; one son, Robert Daniel "Max" Maxwell Huber, Archie, MO; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jimmie C. and Erma Dee Huber, Independence, MO; two nieces, Lisa and Kendra Brumley.
