Bonnie Louise Cumpton, 91, Adrian, Missouri, died Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Adrian Manor in Adrian. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Adrian with visitation from 1:00-2:00. Burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery, Adrian.

Bonnie was born July 15, 1925 in Adrian, Missouri, the daughter of Vance McKinley and Alizebeth Wilhelmina (McCabe) Talley. She was a graduate of Adrian High School. She married Robert L. Cumpton on May 1, 1946 in Ft. Scott, Kansas.

Bonnie was a homemaker. She had been a member of Burdett Baptist Church, where she had served as a Sunday school teacher and later became a member of Adrian Baptist Church. She was also a member of the McNeal Club and McNeal 4-H Horsemanship.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert on March 22, 1987, three brothers, Clifford, Jack and Jim Talley, and four sisters, Hazel Frazier, Vera Green, Mary Dickerson and Ditty Jackson. She is survived by a daughter, Vicki Moser (Bob), Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; two grandchildren, Jacki Fanara (Anthony), Lee's Summit, Missouri and Rob Moser (Bridget), Shawnee, Kansas; 5 great-grandchildren, Matt Stone, Lucas Stone, Caleb Moser, Tanner Reed, and Gracie Moser.
