Bonnie Carrol Cook, 88, of Peculiar, Missouri passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. A memorial service was held Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, Missouri.
Bonnie was born on September 22, 1931 in Atchison, Kansas. She spent many of her years working as a CNA at multiple nursing homes, until retirement from Beautiful Savior Home in Belton, MO. She was married twice and had six children. She loved her family dearly and continued to care for people all the way up until her last days. Bonnie had the opportunity to see generations of her family grow up and has left a lasting legacy in all of who she loved. Her greatest wish was that all of her family will be saved and will join her in heaven someday.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents: Papi and Ina Roberts; her ex-husbands: Sonny Bradford and Bob Cook; her sons: Brad Bradford and Sonny Lee Bradford; her granddaughter, Michelle Sudduth; her great-grandson, Skip Putis; and her great-great-granddaughter, Gracie Stanback. Her son, Michael Cook, passed away days after Bonnie.
She is survived by her children: Carroleen (Bernard) Putis, Saraene (Bob) Long, Clara Jean (Dave) King, and Ray Anderson.
She is survived by her grandchildren: Victoria (Jeff) Long, Andrew (Michele) Long, Adam Long, Bernard (Lindsay) Putis III, Shella (Mohammad) Eslami, Carey (Kevin) Neblett, Daniele (Jesse) Chatlos, Shanna Bradford (Shawn) Reese, Robert (Jessica) Vanlandingham, Angela Anderson, Amanda (Abe) Anderson, Jeremy Anderson, Ray (Leah) Anderson, Erica Anderson, Corey Bradford, Sonny Lee Jr. Bradford, Sonya (Jim) Hayes, Jimmy Cook, Kevin Cook, Cameron Cook, Samantha Cook, Michaela Cook, Connor Cook, Katy Cook, and Ian Cook.
She is survived by her great-grandchildren: Gavin Long, Kaitlyn Long, Austin Long, Kurt Perkins, Gavin Perkins, Dalton Perkins, Savannah Perkins, Barrett Putis, Trenton Putis, Mason Putis, Kylynn Putis, Kyndyll Putis, Ana Eslami, Bardia Eslami, Parker Neblett, John Wheeler, Cody Stanback, Skylar Richardson, Dakota Anderson, Abram Anderson, Ayrissa Anderson, Zander Anderson, Jeremy Klopfenstine, Sage Anderson, Thomas Anderson, Emma Anderson, Cainen Chatlos, Joaquin Chatlos, Christian Reese, Dylan Reese, Darion Reese, Sophia Vanlandingham, Nicholas (Bella) Sudduth, Justin Vanlandingham, Brandon Folsom, Abrianna Hay and Abigail Hay.
She is survived by her great-great-grandchildren: James Sudduth, Nathan Sudduth, Cameron Stanback, Ellie Stanback, Leonidas Bradford, Hannah Bradford, and Raylee Ann Folsom.
