Beryl Edwin Hatfield, Jr., 74, Clinton, Missouri, formerly Adrian, Missouri, died Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton. A Celebration of Life service was held Monday, May 15 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville, Missouri with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Pleasant Hill, MO.
Beryl was born November 14, 1942 in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of Beryl Edwin and Alyce Mae (Brown) Hatfield. He was a U.S. Marine veteran. Beryl received an Associate's Degree in Business from Maple Woods College in Kansas City, MO. He was a supervisor for General Mills in Kansas City, retiring in 1999. He has worked as a plant supervisor for 18 years at Casco Area Workshop in Harrisonville.
Beryl had lived in the Kansas City, MO area for 45 years before moving to Adrian in 2000 and just moved to Clinton in the last year. He was a member of the VFW Post 1000 in Independence, MO.
Beryl is survived by many family and friends.
