Becky L. Evans, 43, Pleasant Hill, MO, died Monday, January 1, 2007 at her parent's home in Fair Play, MO. Funeral services were held Thursday, January 4 at the Atkinson Chapel, Harrisonville, officiated by Rev. Cliff Bennett, Austin Baptist Church. Burial was in Orient Cemetery. Music by Neal Shelby and Andrea Shields, vocalists and Rebecca Shelby, pianist. Casket bearers were Robert Belker, Kevin Morris, Michael Sheffer, Kenny Coker, Bobby Reed and Jeff Johnson. Contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.



Becky was born December 3, 1963 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Charles Edwin and Wilma Joyce (Floyd) Coker. Becky was a 1981 graduate of Harrisonville High School. She attended one year of college in Springfield, MO. Becky was a lifelong resident of Cass County.



Becky worked at the Cass County Assessor's Office for eight years. She was a member of the Harrisonville First Baptist Church.



Becky was preceded in death by both her maternal and paternal grandparents and three uncles, J. D. and Charles Floyd and V. L. Coker. She is survived by her husband, Bruce, of the home; one son, Keith Coker, Lee's Summit, MO; two daughters, Andrea Kiefer, Springfield, MO and Amy Kiefer, Lexington, MO; her parents, Ed and Wilma Coker, Fair Play, MO; one brother, Tom Coker and his wife, Debbie, Harrisonville, MO; one sister, Pamm Andula and her husband, Tony, Rich Hill, MO; two stepsons, Bryan Evans and Bryce Evans, and one stepdaughter, Alice Evans, all of Holden, MO; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Betty Evans, Warrensburg, MO two nieces, Mandi Coker, Harrisonville, MO and Nikki Sheffer, Fair Play, MO and three nephews, Kenny Coker, Harrisonville, MO, Mike Sheffer, Fair Play, MO and Cody Andula, Rich Hill, MO.
