Barbara Jean Hibdon, 57, Prairie Village, KS, died Monday, May 19, 2008 at St. Joseph Medical Center, Kansas City, MO. A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, May 24, 2008 at the Martin City Baptist Church, Martin City, MO. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.

Barbara was born May 18, 1951 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Kenneth M. and Mildred Christine (Farier) Stewart. She worked as an inventory control specialist. Barbara enjoyed reading, sewing, quilting and going to the Casinos. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Kelly Jean Peek. She is survived by her companion, Ben Sarzynski, of the home; three daughters, Kimberly Moriconi and her husband, David, Blue Springs, MO, Jammie Wright and her husband, Scott, Harrisonville, MO and Shelly Link and her husband, Patrick, Peculiar, MO; three brothers; four sisters; 10 grandchildren, Kel Ray, Luca and Nico Moriconi, Scotty, Gabriel and Elliott Wright and Haley, Kristen, Savanna and Erica Link; other relatives and friends.
