Anthony "Nino" Alessi, 91, Harrisonville, MO, formerly of Medford, MA, died Sunday, October 19, 2008 at Golden Years Care Center, Harrisonville. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, October 24 at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford, Massachusetts.

Anthony was born January 25, 1917 in South Boston, MA, the son of Samuel and Josephine (Larocca) Alessi. He had lived in South Boston, Arlington and Medford, MA before moving to Harrisonville four years ago. Anthony had worked as an engraver for Apahouser & Elcom Company in Watertown, MA for 38 years before retiring in 1986.

Anthony was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Aldiva Lourdes (Medrios) Alessi on October 30, 2003. He is survived by one son, Richard Alessi, Sr. and his wife, Bernadette, Harrisonville, MO; three grandchildren, Hannah Alessi, Richard Alessi, Jr. and Lisamarie Percival, all of Harrisonville, MO and five great-grandchildren, Brice Percival, Jayce Percival, Mason Percival, Tristan Percival and Kenadie Percival.
