Funeral services Monday, 11:00 AM, December 31, 2007 at the Atkinson Chapel in Archie, MO. Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM Monday at the chapel. Burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery, Adrian, MO. Contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or to the American Diabetes Association. Eastern Star services are under the direction of the Bayard Chapter NO. 179 Order of Eastern Star.
Amy was born on January 21, 1930 in Rifle, CO, the daughter of Frederick Henry and Bessie Rose (Kubert) Striley. She was baptized in the RLDS Church in Delta, CO. Amy graduated from William Chrisman High School in Independence, MO. She married David E. Reiman on July 4, 1955 in Henry County, MO near Brownington.
Amy had worked as a clerk for Montgomery Ward in Kansas City, MO. She was a Past Worthy Matron in the Drexel, Missouri Order of Eastern Star. She loved her family and enjoyed gardening, fishing, traveling and her dog "Angel".
Amy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Paul G. Striley. She is survived by her husband David E. Reiman of the home; son, Mark D. Reiman of Harrisonville, MO; brother, Fred F. Striley, Sr. of Independence, MO and sister Elizabeth M. "Betty" Chappell of Napoleon, MO.
