Alecia Andrews Clemmons, 44, Lee's Summit, Missouri, formerly of Harrisonville, Missouri died Monday, January 8, 2018 in Lexington, Missouri. Funeral services were held Friday, January 19, 2018 at the Atkinson Funeral Home in Harrisonville with burial in Wills Cemetery, Peculiar, Missouri. Alecia was born August 7, 1973 in Oklahoma City, OK, a daughter of Larry and Sandy (Sands) Andrews. She lived in Oklahoma before moving to Harrisonville in 1985, and was a 1991 graduate of Harrisonville High School. Alecia was an insurance agent and had worked for a number of insurance agencies in the Kansas City area. She was a former board member of Hope Haven in Harrisonville, and in 1988, helped start the S.A.D.D. Chapter in Harrisonville. Alecia was always ready to pitch in when help was needed.

Alecia is survived by two sons, Jordan Riley, Independence, MO, and Trevor Crain, Kansas City, MO; her husband, Rick Clemmons, Kansas City, MO; her father, Larry Andrews, Oklahoma; a sister Shanna Burns, Platte City, MO; and her aunt, Donna Rhoades, Lee's Summit, MO.
